Q1:What information do you need to give me an accurate quotation?

Please provide: machine model or your daily wrapping/carton-sealing quantity, product size and weight, working speed required, power supply in your country (voltage/frequency), and your destination port or delivery address. We will then recommend the most suitable model and give you the best price.

Q2:What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our MOQ is 1 unit for standard models. 

Q3:Does your price include delivery?

Our quotation is usually EXW; CIF, CFR, and DDP (door-to-door delivery) are also available. Please tell us your preferred trade terms and destination, and we will quote accordingly.

3. Production & Lead Time

Q1:How long is the production lead time?

For standard models: 7–15 days. For customized machines or large orders: 20–30 days, depending on the configuration. The exact lead time will be confirmed in the PI (Proforma Invoice).
Q2:Do you keep machines in stock?

We usually produce to order to ensure quality, but standard models may be available from stock. Please check current availability with our sales team.
Q3:Can I track my order status?

Yes. We will send you production photos, video tests, and shipping documents at each stage (production → testing → packing → loading), so you can follow the progress at any time.

Q1:Which port do you ship from?

We ship from Shanghai / Ningbo port (near our factory in Anhui Province, China), which have frequent sailings worldwide.

Q2:How is the machine packed for export?  

we use fumigation-free plywood.

Q3:Do you provide DDP / door-to-door delivery?

Yes, we offer DDP door-to-door delivery to many countries. We handle sea/air freight, customs clearance, and local delivery, so you receive the machine at your warehouse without dealing with logistics yourself.

Q4:How do I know the shipping cost?

The freight cost depends on the machine's volume, weight, and your destination. Please provide your address (or nearest port), and we will calculate the best freight option for you within 1–2 working days.
